Apartment.com just launched its very own application on the Apple iPhone Store bringing you a rich apartment search experience. The apartment search application is available for both iPhone and iPod Touch users for free. According to Chris Brown, vice president of product management at Apartments.com, it has features like walk through videos, photos, floorplans and integrated mapping.

The features of the application are:

• Millions  of apartment listings around the country
• GPS technology to look for an apartment nearby, or location-based search options by city/state or zip code
• Walkthrough video tours
• Photos and detailed floorplans
• Mapping integration by Google Maps
• Phone and email contact information for apartment properties and communities
• Access to saved apartment searches
• Customized search (search by number of bedrooms, bathrooms, rent, pet policies, parking, etc.)
