The Philippine government is thinking of making the Philippines the haven for retirees and with that in mind, developers should be developing their residential properties into hubs where retirees will be definitely feel relaxed. It was emphasized by Mauricio Amado, an architect of the Dallas-based REES Architecture, Planning, Interior. Who knows, the Philippines might become a retirement haven just like in China.

Before making homes for the retirees, services for the retirees such as home care and nursing homes, dementia research and many more should be built first. The homes will just follow after establishing the basic needs of retirees.
