The Lopez family’s holding company for power-related business, First Holdings, increased their ownership over Rockwell Land. They increased their ownership by 49% by buying 24.5 percent from Benpres Holdings Corp. First Holdings will be paying P1.5 billion to buy the 1.52 billion common shares and 673.7 million preferred shares in Rockwell Land Corp.
