Phinma Holdings plans to have a new residential community in Quezon City which will be called Flora Vista. They have already allotted the budget for this new project amounting to 55 million pesos. This will be situated along Commonwealth Avenue which is accessible to schools such as University of the Philippines and New Era University as well as public transportation and commercial establishments.
