Below are some tips to get your loan application approved through Pag-Ibig’s financing:
1. The amount on the Deed of Absolute Sale should not be less than the value of the approved loan.
2. Loan applicants who are separated from their spouse should get the signature of their respective husband or wife or the loan applicant could present their legal separation papers so that the loan applicant won’t get rejected.
3. Construction improvements outside of the house are not included in Pag-Ibig’s financing. It is best to consult with Pag-Ibig first before construction.
4. Acquiring a property with debt such as mortgages, unpaid real estate taxes, and the like should be avoided especially if you’re applying a loan application with Pag-Ibig. The best thing to do is to verify the property with the Home Development Mutual Fund.
5. Make sure that the BOM (Bills of Materials) were not reduced. Just comply with the bill of materials evaluated by the Home Development Mutual Fund so that you’ll get your loan application approved.
