The Hawaii Real Estate Investors will be having a forum wherein Lowell Kalapa, one of Hawaii’s tax experts will be the main speaker. He is the president and executive director ofthe Tax Foundation of Hawaii since 1979. His expertise in taxes will be able to enlighten the listeners on how Hawaiians will be able to cope with the financial crisis amidst the inability of the Hawaiian government to sustain financial stability in the country.

The event will be held at the Manoa Grand Ballroom on August 6, 2009. There is a fee of $15 for guests.
