The hearing on Balili Property was supposed to be yesterday, Sept 7, however since it was declared a holiday by the government, ot was moved to a later date. The Balili property is the lot that Cebu government wants to purchase from the late engineer Luis Balili. 9.4 hectares of land was submerged in water and this is what Cebu government wants to purchase for.

The hearing was set to Sept. 14.
