Rosewood Pointe’s newest high-rise is Jade Tower. DMCI just announced that it will be ready for occupancy on December 2009.

Those who will buy units at Jade Tower will get to experience a hotel-like lobby with a reception area, a podium garden, and a sky lounge aside from the usual amenities that a residential high-rise tower would offer. Prices of each unit starts at 2.7 million pesos.

Jade Tower is located in Taguig City, one of the country’s emerging cities.
