Lakefront has 5 residential enclaves. Marfori Towers is a high-rise condominium whic has a 180 degree view of Laguna Bay. Next is La Posada which is a high-end subdivision by Brittany. Within La Posada is Vitorianne which is a series of townhomes with a very Neo-Victorian theme inspired by the Postcard Row in San Francisco, California.
