A minimum of down payment of 3 percent is required and is subject to bank approval. The units being offered for this promo are two-bedroom units. Woodsville is a mid-rise nature-themed development and it is only about ten minutes away from Makati City.
After the down payment of 3 percent, the unit will be leased for 24 months. In each month, one has to pay 1 percent of the amount. After the first 24 months, Robinsons Bank will finance the remaining balance and the homeowner will pay the monthly amount to Robinsons Bank (10 years pre-arranged bank loan).
