A property of South Roads Properties with a lot area of 28.41 hectares will be auctioned by the Cebu City Government soon. The three inner parcel lots will be auctioned starting at the same price that was offered to Filinvest Land Inc., the initial buyer.
NAPOCOR (National Power Corporation) has expressed interest in acquiring the property which they’re planning to use for their regional office. It is estimated that Cebu City will earn 24 million pesos (3,005 square meters worth of land).
