Magnolia place is along Tandang Sora Avenue Extension near Quirino Highway and Mindanao Avenue. People who work within the Quezon City area will be able to access it easily.
The over-all archetectural theme of the community is Neo-Asian and it’s divided into subthemed gardens: Rock Garden, Earth Garden and Wood Garden. The whole property is 3.29-hectares. The construction is expected to be finished by February 2010.
