With the ongoing projects of Megaworld, the mega-developer is still finding other places around the metro to develop. According to Kingson Sian, Executive Director of Megaworld, they are eyeing the FTI property in Taguig. According to him it’s a “good property”.

Last month, the Department of Finance had declared the FTI property for sale on July. Megaworld will most likely bid on it. Aside from Megaworld, other developers in the country such as San Miguel Properties, Ayala Land and GSIS also expressed their interest on the land.
