Megaworld is planning to build and operate a high-end hotel at the Eastwood City in Quezon City which will be called Eastwood Park Hotel and Residential Suites. The project has a budget of Php 149.3 million.

The hotel will have 136 rooms. The hotel will comprise not only guest rooms and suites but it will also have commercial and residential spaces for lease. In addition, it will also have 2 function rooms that can accomodate more than 60 people.

When this project starts on December 2009, it give 127 individuals new employment opportunities.
