Megaworld, one of the largest developers in the country, won the highest bid to develop North Bonifacio in Taguig City. Megaworld bit P3.1511 billion for the 8.28 hectare lot that is owned by the Philippine government. It bested the rival developer, Robinsons Land Inc in getting the project. The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) Vice President Aileen R. Zosa said that Megaworld can only be considered as the winning bidder when they passes the post-qualification stage.
