Makati is becoming congested with offices because it is the Central Business District of Metro Manila. With that in mind, there are other places that is becoming a business district on its own. Bonifacio Global City in Taguig is one of the places where business are starting to boom. Right now Bonifacio Global City offers high quality office spaces to serve as new homes of corporations.

According to Lindsay Orr, COO of Jones Lang LaSalle, it is expected that in 2010 there will be more offices that will be built. Many businesses are transferring their corporations in Bonifacio Global City mainly because it is a walking city, meaning everything is possible through walking. The accessibility to malls, dining areas, hospital (St. Luke’s), residential communities and many more are the reasons why more and more businesses transfer here.
