Here are the procedures needed in getting a Florida Mortgage Broker License.
1. Register for our class
2. Submit Your License Application Package Online https://real.flofr.com and pay the fee worth $281.25
3. Submit Your Completed Fingerprint Card at Florida Office of Financial Regulation – 200 E. Gaines Street, Tallahassee, FL 32399
4. Complete Mortgage Broker License Course
5. Schedule the State License Exam. You need to pass the exam within 90 days from the date of application.
