The newest addition to the Philippine real estate industry Geo Estate builds its first project in Makati and will be called “The Beacon”.

“The Beacon” will be a three-tower condominium in the middle of the Makati Central Business District. It is specifically at the corner of Don Chino Roces Ave. (formerly Pasong Tamo) and Arnaiz Ave. (formerly Pasay Road). The construction of the condominium commenced in 2007 and is expected turnover is 2011.

Geo Estate is founded by former Ayala Land founding president Francisco Licuanan III. He was also the one who conceptualized and designed “The Beacon”.
