The  Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) and the Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund) gave their compassion to employers who are in delinquent status. It was announced on Thursday that they will be giving amnesties to employers that have problems with their status. This amnesty program is only available for employers that have never registered for the Fund, applications for waiver that were denied and failed to register and lastly those companies that are registered with the Fund and did not collect employee contributions and failed to remit. The employers who just simply forgot to remit employees’ contributions are not included in this amnesty program.

Interested companies need to submit their application on or before December 31, 2009.
