One Corporate Centre in Ortigas is amongst the modern high-rise office developments in the country today. The building is designed with high-quality materials and advanced construction techniques.
The building is circular in shape and because of its geometry, it appears to look like different from each angle. It is designed by Philip H. Recto Architects. This building is one of the tallest and the biggest in the Philippines.
Even though a lot would think that a circular-shaped building would entail a lot of wasted space, Arch. Recto said that they applied an overlay rectangular grid layout on the circular footprint.
