The online real estate broker, Redfin, announced today their new application for iphone and iTouch which can be availed through Apple Store. Prospective real estate buyers in the Seattle area can view home using the Multiple Listing Services (MLS) and upload photos and notes from a home tour to Redfin’s real-estate search site. The app will also allow users to see how long the listing has been on sale and what it last sold for, facts about floor-plan, pools, fireplaces, plumbing, heating, short-sale status and hundreds of other details. Aside from Seattle, other listings will include: San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento area, Southern California, Boston area, Washington, DC area, Chicago area, New York’s Westchester County and Long Island, excluding the Hampton.
