Rockwell, 0ne of the major real estate developers in the Philippines, has announced their two new projects in Metro Manila that will commence in the next few months. The first one will be a one-hectare center intended for the businesses of Lopez Group of Companies and will be called “The Lopez Center”. This will make a mark in Philippine history as it will be the tallest building (50 storeys) once it’s done by the end of 2009. The construction of “The Lopez Center” in Rockwell, Makati is already on its final stage.
On the other hand, the other Rockwell project will be the a residential project situated along C5. The residential condomium called “The Grove” will be constructed at the former site of General Milling Corp. “The Grove” will have 5 towers and will be targetting mid-range prospective buyers. The residential property will be constructed early next year and is expected to be finished by 5-7 years.
