Century Properties, Meridien Development and Greenfield Development Corporation, developers of SOHO Central, were very delighted because their joint project was completed earlier than it was expected. SOHO Central was expected to be turned over on December 2009 but since it was finished early, the units were turned over as early as June 2009. There is a total of 300 units that are about to be turned over. The Shaw Tower was turned over first and next will be the Mayflower Tower.
