Tarlac wants to take political control over 3,325 hectares of the Clark Freeport’s Sacobia subzone. The provincial board officals of Tarlac explained in a paper that there was an unlawful annexation on a portion of their territory.

There are official documents from DENR (Department of Environment and Natural Resources) and Clark Development Corporation that were submitted. However, the area that was disputed was failed to be turned over to the government of Tarlac.
