The Mandarin Square is a residential tower being built in Binondo, Manila. This project is under Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. (ALHI) and EEI Corporation.

This is actually the second high-rise residential project of ALHI in the Chinatown area. The first project was Lee Tower which is located several blocks away from Ongpin Street.

By the time the construction of The Mandarin Square is finished, it will be the tallest high-rise residential building in Binondo.
